Get up and running with OutRiskAI in 5 minutes. This guide walks you through logging in, uploading your first agreement, running AI risk analysis, and interacting with the Risk AI Assistant.

Step 1: Create an Account & Sign InCopy Anchor Link

1. Open your browser and navigate to http://localhost:3000 (or your deployment URL).
2. Click Sign In / Register in the top navigation bar.
3. Sign in using your Google account or create a credentials account with your email and password.

Step 2: Ingest Your ContractCopy Anchor Link

1. In the application sidebar or header, click Upload Contract.
2. Select your upload mode:
   • File Upload: Select or drag-and-drop a text-searchable PDF (.pdf) or plain text file (.txt) up to 10 MB.
   • Text Paste: Copy and paste raw contract text directly into the editor.
3. Enter a descriptive title (e.g., SaaS Vendor Agreement - Acme Corp).
4. Click Upload & Analyze.

Step 3: Review AI Risk AnalysisCopy Anchor Link

Once processing completes, your contract analysis view will render:

• Executive Summary: High-level summary of contracting parties, effective term, and primary purpose.
• Overall Risk Score: Calculated composite risk index (0 - 100).
• Severity Breakdown:
  • 🔴 High Severity: Critical issues (e.g., unlimited liability, one-sided termination).
  • 🟡 Medium Severity: Operational concerns (e.g., Net-90 payment terms, vague deliverables).
  • 🟢 Low Severity: Administrative or minor adjustments.
• Categorized Risks: Detailed cards showing original clause text, risk explanation, and recommended alternative clauses.

Step 4: Interact with Risk AI AssistantCopy Anchor Link

1. Open the Risk AI Assistant side drawer or page.
2. Select your contract context.
3. Ask contextual questions such as:
   • "What is our termination notice requirement?"
   • "Draft a counter-proposal clause for Section 7 payment terms."
   • "Is the liability cap consistent with SaaS industry standards?"

Step 5: Generate Public API Key (Optional)Copy Anchor Link

If you plan to automate contract submissions from your backend or CRM:

1. Click your avatar in the top right corner and select Profile.
2. Navigate to the API Credentials section.
3. Click Generate Secret Key.
4. Copy the key (ork_live_...) and store it securely.
